1. Hi there, I Applied for the R350 grant the 1st time that it started. Up in till today i did not recievde eney of that money that is supouesd to come to me.. i gave my banking details up so that it could be paid in there. Im still waiting.. i also reapplied again and again and i did to recieve eney thing in my bank account.. i think that is not fear.. and what is the use of the R350 if you don’t even see it.. they show when i was sepoued to be paid.. and that it is approved but nothing in my banking account!!! It does not make eney sense.. plz can you look in to that and fix it plz.. thank you. regards.. Sintoche Van Wyk

2. April 2022 is pending one way with No progress why please.

3. I have applied online for SRD Grant but they say post office not located. I have a bank account if possible I can send that through. Pls help I m alone n helpless. Thank you. Waiting for your reply

4. Greetings guys. I’m not sure what is happening concerning April R350 payments, it’s already May now and you have also given dates for payments as you did last month (April). Let me guess that you are busy working things out for us, and you know that this money you promised us is needed. So please don’t brake your promise. People need this money including me. Thanks for being honest and faithful with people’s and government money. Blessings to you as you work it out and paying it all to our accounts.

6. Mina I didn’t receive the money since I registered from November 2021,everytime I went to receive from the post office, I was told it’s not my date when I asked they got cheecky. I even changed my received method to bank,still nothing. Though when I check the status of payment. It reflects as payed. Any help

7. Why sometimes skip some payments. I didn’t receive 2 months payment

   1. Since I reapply for the second application.till its pending 4 April and doesn’t even show May

   2. New application still says pending yet dstes for payment are out.

      when will they be processed and be approved?????

   2. Why does my SRD don’t enter? everytime I go to the Post Office they say my SRD haven’t entered but I have applied in September last year , I haven’t got any of my payments

11. Thank you for the information and opportunity to get more information regarding the SRD Payments. I did my application in September last year and was approved. I only got to withdraw my money in the beginning of April this year as a result of my ID card that was stolen and I was only able to get a new one in April. I only received one Payment (April), but no amount from the previous months that was due to me since I was approved. On the website it still shows the month’s that I still need to get compensated for. I did reapply last week Friday and the month of May shows that it is still pending for May. Please advise me on what is the status of my application and how will I be compensated in regards to the backpay owed to me. Thank you in advance. Best regards, Samantha

Hi i lost my id book and Springs Post Office wont give me my SRD 350 GRANT because of a copy of my id that they say what must they do with that copy of my id i told them i applied for a new one and still they ignore me and send me away i only got 4 payments at my Capitec bank ATM savings account and after that i said ill go back to Post Office and they still showed me away how can i get all of my money that i didnt get on each pay date i applied from 2020 November and all has been approved plz can u look into it many thanx MRS JUDITH JACQUELINE JANSEN van VUUREN
