The Opportunity
As a leading retailer in South Africa we want you to join us for the next two years (fixed-term contract for two years) as we grow, guide and work with you to become top Marketing Managers.
Our Marketing Management Trainee programme is designed to give you hands-on experience across different segments of our business in the food distribution environment.
Training will include you developing a thorough appreciation of marketing, retail and warehouse management.
We will empower you to step up and lead dynamic cross-functional teams responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
The Basics
We’re looking for brilliant graduates with a minimum 3-year qualification in marketing, business, supply chain, data analytics or financial management. An 80% average mark is our initial entry level to be considered for this programme.
We are hiring for this Programme across South Africa.
To be considered you will need:
- A 3-year qualification in marketing, business, supply chain, data analytics, or financial management, with a minimum average of 80%
- Less than 2 years of work experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
