Purpose Statement for this position

To provide an excellent service to Capitec Bank clients by ensuring Cash devices are functional. This is achieved by logging calls with Vendors (email and telephonically) or schedule legitimate access Cash device cubicle as requested, coordinating third party callouts, following up and ensure that all third parties arrive at the agreed times.

Experience

Previous experience in any of the following environments will be advantageous:

Contact centre (inbound customer service)

Logistics

Supply chain management

Banking

Cash-in-transit

Qualifications (Minimum)

Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management

Knowledge

Supplier management

Cash-in-transit industry knowledge

Skills

Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills

Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
