Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:
Must be a South African citizen
Must have completed Matric (Grade 12) or Technical Matric
Must hold an N2 Certificate with relevant trade theory subjects
Must have completed a qualification related to the chosen field of application
Must have a good command of English (read, write, and speak fluently)
Must possess a valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
Must be medically fit and in good health
Must be able to work well within a team
Must be willing to work extended hours and perform standby duties if required
Must adhere to company policies, safety, and health protocols
Must demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be required to:
Undergo a medical fitness examination at the Harmony Gold Occupational Health Centre
Attend a formal interview as part of the final selection process
