Home Affairs Vacancies 2022: 10 000 IT Graduates to Be Recruited by end of May 2022

Recently, during his State of The Nation Address (SONA), President Cyril Ramaphosa announced that Home Affair will recruit 10 000 unemployed young people to assist in digitisation of the home affairs paper records.

When will the recruitment be finalised?

Minister of Home Affairs, Aaron Motsoaledi has confirmed this recruitment drive and added that the finalisation of the recruitments are to be done with before the end of May 2022. He added that there will be no favoritism, no corruption or any other things that people usually complain about in relation to the recruitment drives.

Who will be recruited?

The recruitment drive will be aimed at recruiting 10 000 IT graduates from all provinces. The recruits will be working closer to their homes so there will be no need for travelling, accommodations or relocations. Motsoaledi added that the recruits will get a very good stipend.

How to apply for these home affairs vacancies 2022?

The minister added that, the recruitment process will be outlined in details during the course of the week. Home Affairs will be accepting applications from all 9 provinces across South Africa.
