   I didn’t I applied for sassa grant got for 2 months and after that I stopped receiving it.

8. My daughter is 18 and she’s not getting her sassa Grant but she was receiving 2 pay dates but she didn’t have the sms, and the other months is showing approved, so why don’t she get a sms if she received a payout date?

9. I received sassa R350 until January 2022 February was declined Identity failure. I send my marriage certificate to sassa via email. Sassa replied back that my personal details was fixed get n pending message. I made a screenshot. Then my status check said still declined. I phone sassa they tol
   d me that my personal details are updated and that everything is right. What happened to February’s R350. Will I receive that or not.

14. Firstly, the toll free number doesn’t seem to work. You can’t even hold on coz you get disconnected. So I don’t know why they are telling people to call that number. It’s a real waste of time. Secondly, people are being declined for being uif registered even though they have been unemployed for months or years then when they reconsider it’s another long wait but people who don’t even need it are approved. Can Sassa explain that please?
