   1. The problem is the UIF database. Your information is still on UIF database, so it shows as if you are still receiving UIF. Don’t give up, keep appealing every month.

11. Schalk Burger. Sassa R350 waiting sins day one i have applied for.. each time declined off UIF. I don’t get uif and I am out off work. I lost evry thing. Evry time I lock on to the website I go to recondersation and apply again. Then it says declined time expires. MY BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS HAVE BEAN UPLOADED. HOW MANY MONTHS NOW.

12. Good morning. My husband and I applied last year end of July for the SRD, we both applied at the same time as we are both unemployed.
    I receive my SRD every month, my Husband goes online every month to check if his SRD has been approved, and it still says pending, from August, September, October, November, December 2021, and now January, February and March 2022. The account is still active but still pending and its verified. Now with us both being unemployed, with me being the only one collecting SRD R350, that amount isn’t enough to hold us till the end of the month, as the price of food has gone up and R350 is not enough.
    All the other social grants get increased, but for us that are unemployed, the SRD R350 stays the same. My husband and I stretch what little food we do buy for the month, but it can only last so long, as I have to wait for the next date to be paid.
    Is there a chance of an increase for the SRD R350 in the near future

14. I have no UIF and I haven’t been receiving the R350 since August 2021 till now and I’ve been appealing and phoned the UIF offices am clean but still there’s no change.

15. I’m not happy about R350 relief grant that doesn’t have officials or an active call centre
    For queries.because as we speak I tried all options to get help about my sim card that I lost while I was waiting for my R350.when I try to do sim swap they couldn’t help me as I pick the Sim from the street workers.since I register I never receive it I only able to check it true my I’d number.i was supposed to be at school with this money finishing my matric but now I can’t get help.i don’t know what else to do

    Because before we knew that immediately on the 1st of every month we get the money! Now we only get it by the 7th (CHILD SUPPORT GRANT)

Hi I’m the mother of Zane Kapp…he applied for SASSA grand relief of R350 in August 2020 ..he never received notifications whether his grand was approved…but on 19February he received only one R350 payment from SASSA in his bank account…what happened to that outstanding relief amount he has to received from last year Austust 2020 till January 2021 ?
