As a Young Professional In Training, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience on the following deliverables:
- Tenant Management
- Lease Management
- Property Marketing Management
- Facilities Management
- Billing and Credit Control
- Non Gross Lettable Area (Non GLA) Management
- Risk Management
- Performance Management, Talent Management and Capacity Building
- Employee Wellness, Change Management and Culture Building
- HR System & Governance & Employee Relations
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Science or Commerce in Property Studies, Property Valuation, or other Real Estate Related Stream.
- National Diploma in real estate studies (NQF 6) are encouraged.
- Postgraduate Studies are an added advantage
- Some vocational experience would be an added advantage
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset is an absolute.
Competencies
Among the theoretically underpinnings, the candidate is required to have some basic understanding of the following disciplines and how they operate with property management:
Real Estate Principles, Economic,Financial Modelling, Project Management, Market Analysis, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Investments, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Valuation, Real Estate Management
