Duties
- Household profiling of community youth
- Households profile report analysis
- Household referrals
- Drafting of referral letters
- Tracking of cases relating to sports, arts, culture and recreation
- Attend ward based meeting structures and ensure implementation of household profiling, i.e. community based plans to inform ‘TISH’ strategy interventions.
