Purpose Statement
The purpose of these positions are: Improving the lives of our customers by providing excellent customer service, meeting and exceeding customer needs, using the Global One product offering in order to support our customers at Bank Better and Live Better.
Minimum Experience Required :3 to 6 months previous customer service experience in a retail/finance/banking environment OR if no experience a candidate with relevant tertiary qualification may be considered.
The Ideal Candidate They are Looking for
Must have at least 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail/finance/banking environment
Proven track record of involvement in a sales and customer-facing environment
Minimum Qualifications Required
You must have at least Grade 12 National/Vocational Certificate
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
A relevant higher qualification in Commerce or Similar Certification in Finance or Banking Knowledge
Knowledge and understanding of:
Basic calculations Retail/consumer service environment
Knowledge and understanding of:
Capitec Bank Products Internal business processes and procedures Organizational Policies, including (but not limited to) the principles of the Agency Credit Policy (BCGP) Skills Communication skills Interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) Conditions of employment
Clear criminal and credit record
Must have detectable/recognizable fingerprints on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
