Last time I was at labour department, there was a copy of relief grant implying that even if you receive UIF they can also help you with it ( grant) is it true.
It is unfair to decline the SRD grant because of cash send, ewallet. What if the applicant is helping the relative who lost ID book? If you were employed four years ago and lost the job, you contributed to UIF the time you’re employed, and the you got paid for benefit after loosing the job, the UIF record is still there even after you got the benefit. I think SASSA has to check from Labour Department whether the applicant still contribute or not.,if not must be approved. Many people are unemployed but they were decline because of these reasons. Thanks.
I lost my phone a few months ago and was not able to do sim-wap, I tried calling the srd 0800 number to update my detail, however, this number doesn’t work.
How do I update my cellphone numbers?
My applications was decline it says that im getting funds, witch i dont i only get the grant for my two kids. I have applied for this srd R350 since it started and feel very unhappy! Because there’s druggies thats getting this R350 and only use it for drugs!!!!!!!! So where the hell is the president for this!?
As for the first grant application i was qualified then the grant ended. In 2021 March i got the opportunity to work as a eximantion assistant then it end again but the same year wjen the president announced that we their will continue with the srd grant. I reapplying for the srd grant but suddenly i couldn’t qualified because of a altinative income but i have no income.
Hi, my name is Tremaine Titus Marimuthoo, ID: 0311055060082. An application was made in December 2021 for the srd grant using cell number 0617915831. I have also updated my banking details. To date upon checking im getting a response as failed.
Why should beneficiaries struggle to get this Grant bcoz SASSA did know there is something wrong but wait 8months so that beneficiaries should call them nd that beneficiaries don’t have money to buy airtime or don’t even have a phone so we must also ask Councilors to assist wth airtime to call nd when beneficiaries get hold of them they say the number did apply for too many people so the number is under investigation for fraud bt my question is for how long nd 14days past if you call again they tell you to update your banking/SAPO details after they send you a link after that you wait again 14days nd call again than they told u the same story so what should beneficiaries do
If you don’t reapply one won’t get any grant? The previous grant what happens to it?
What to do if my application status says my application declined because I’m UIF registered while I’m receiving no UIF?
How can I be helped when sassa doesn’t pay my grant because UIF is holding my funds?
I have been decline since last year,bt did year they approve me I want to know what about the last year months cz dey didn’t give me that money
