Position Purpose:

To place and clear wagons and locomotives; compile, receive and dispatch train- to pass the information on in order to

deliver wagons/trains at their required destination according to a prescribed set of rules safely.

Position outputs:

• Execute marshalling activities

• Execute train dispatch duties

• Plan and execute shunting activities during abnormal working

• Execute operational activities at control points

• Perform administration duties

• Perform team leader role at control points
