About The Role
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for supporting users, managing data, maintaining security standards, defining technical requirements, and configuring and designing the Salesforce system based on critical business requirements. The role involves ensuring the platform is easy to use for users of any technical level, staying current on the platform’s capabilities and updates, and ensuring the company uses the platform to its fullest potential. The administrator will work on projects to provide Salesforce functional and technical knowledge, delivering innovative, high-quality solutions. They will solve business problems by customizing the Salesforce Platform, building, configuring, and automating technology solutions to deliver value to product teams.
Our Ideal Candidate
- At least five years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in Salesforce security standards and data management.
- Experience in customizing the Salesforce Platform to solve business problems and deliver value to product teams.
- Proven experience in Salesforce configuration and design based on business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to support users and manage data effectively.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Proficiency in building, configuring, and automating technology solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and Salesforce Technical Analysts.
Minimum Education
- Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
