Boxer Superstores is calling on ambitious graduates to apply for its Commercial Graduate Development Programme, an opportunity designed to launch careers in the fast-paced retail sector.
This structured programme aims to develop future retail leaders by offering in-depth commercial, operational and technical training at Boxer’s Head Office in Westville, Durban.
Programme Details
• Location: Boxer Head Office, Westville, Durban
• Duration: 18–24 months
• Start Date: 1 March 2026
• Applications Close: 12 December 2025
Minimum Requirements
• A completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, Economics or a related field
• At least 70% for Maths Core in Grade 12
• A fully completed degree (incomplete qualifications will not be accepted)
• No more than two years of post-degree work experience

The Boxer Commercial Development Programme equips high-potential graduates with the commercial insight, operational understanding and technical skills needed to thrive in retail. Through structured learning, rotations and practical assignments, participants gain exposure to key areas such as:
