The Post Office has released a revised list of Sassa Grant Payment Dates February 2022. If you are receiving your SRD grant via Post Office, check the pay dates for February below.
Sassa SRD Grant recipients are also advised to collect their grants at Post Office only when they have received SMS from the Post Office.

About Sassa SRD Grant
The President declared a National State of Disaster as a result of the Covid-19 global pandemic. In this regard he introduced a special Covid 19 Social Relief of Distress Grant (SRD) of R350 per month for 6 months to be paid to individuals who are currently unemployed, do not receive any form of income, social grant or UIF payment etc.This Social Relief of Distress Programme was confirmed in the Regulations made under Section 27(2) of the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2002): Measures to prevent and combat the spread of COVID-19, as amended.
How to change your R350 grant payment method from Post Office to bank account?
If you are an approved beneficiary of the SASSA SRD R350 Grant and you wish to change your banking details, please submit your ID Number here.
An SMS containing a secure link, unique to you, will be sent to the mobile phone number with which you registered during application.
Click on the link in the SMS and follow the instructions carefully.
Should you select payment into a bank account, please ensure that you are the owner of the account. SASSA cannot pay your grant into another person’s bank account.
Should you select the money transfer option via one of the major banks, please ensure that the mobile phone number on which you received the SMS is registered in your name. SASSA cannot pay your grant into a mobile phone number which is registered to another person.
Please also note that the new banking details will only be used for future payments, after verification.

Since the R350 grant started, everything is in order I receive my money via my bank no problem at all..

I want to know how Sassa can tell people to reconsider and do nothing or give no feed bck. My daughter received her 2 mnths and after that was declined till now due to uif. Htf if she finished school and is at home. She is not working. Somewhere someone’s not doing their work properly

I applied a R350 last year August and i didn’t get any money from Sassa it decline for several times…this year January i made an appeal but still it decline for identity verification

Hi. I have applied for Grant R350 since August 2021. The feedback I received is that I receive UIf which I don’t get it since 2021 June. I went to Dept of Labour and ask them what must I do in this situation because their system says I get UIf from and they check that I don’t receive any payments from. I went to SASSA they can’t update my information any more. I gave them the print out from Labour. But their system doesn’t help me. What must I do now. Any one can assist me. I was getting the grant since it started but now grant for December and January declined they says am UIF REGISTERED, please re_check it correctly.
My son has never received any money has been unemployed for too long and he can’t apply yet he can’t even apply for he’s uif because all the places he worked for closed down yet the department of labor have all the information about him. So please consider ways of applying to help the community. Your reply to people’s concern is important than having a reply with no reply

Please what should i do to get remaining money from August to November.
I applied for Srd in 2019 and updated my bank details. It’s now 2022. And still not receiving or heard things about it.
My younger brother applied SASSA relief fund via cash sent since I October. He is approved from Oct to January, unfortunately he had lost the phone with the SIM card he registered social relief fund.
It’s possible to change old SIM card to new one

Hi there my name is Claire Van Niekerk I would like to know why I only received my grant only in November but not December or January yet
These dates are not correct. Why does Sassa lie to so many South Africans? Absolute disgrace! I have taken someone to to Post Office three times after looking up these dates online, yet yesterday once again the poor man left with no money in his pocket! Shame on you! How may others maybe borrowed taxi fare to come to the sad awakening of no money to even buy a bread for the day let alone travelling back home. As per your schedule the Post Office would have paid out for I’d numbers ending with 082, as in his case. WRONG! He left with nothing! And told by the PO it will only be on the 9th. Even try he PO official could not answer when I showed him no this schedule? Which means even they were given the incorrect information by Sassa. I am livid and very disappointed in the system to say the least
