To be eligible for this learnership, candidates must have completed their Matric (Grade 12) and possess an N6 Certificate in Management Sciences with a focus on Business Management, Business Administration, or Procurement. Additionally, applicants should be proficient in computer literacy, self-driven, and capable of communicating clearly and effectively. English proficiency is also a must.

As a participant in the Experiential Learnership – Admin, you will:

- Follow established procedures to provide effective support to various departments within the organization.
- Perform routine administrative activities, including accurate data entry into reports, presentations, and office systems such as databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepare purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and handle inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Assist with buying duties, maintain purchasing files, and review reports and price lists.
- Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve any issues related to shortages, missed deliveries, or other problems.
- Perform standard calculations to compile and report statistics accurately.
- Respond to routine inquiries from both external and internal sources regarding the organization’s activities or processes.
- Gain practical exposure to supplier sourcing and management, strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management.
