How to Appeal if Sassa R350 Grant is declined

Sassa recently announced that if your application for SRD Grant is rejected, you can lodge an appeal every month of each application rejection.
Changes to grant status
The R350 grant status may change monthly depending to various factors including changes to your financial status, changes to your job status, you may be added to the UID database or even recently receiving NSFAS.
Apply for reconsideration monthly
The changes above may lead to your Sassa R350 Grant status change from approved to something else. If that happens and you still feel that you qualify to get the grant, Sassa encourages you to apply for reconsideration each month of your grant decline.
Here are two ways to lodge appeal for Sassa SRDR 350 grant if it has been declined:
Submit your appeal online /Sassa SRD Appeal Online Application
Step 1: Visit the SRD Website: https://srd.sassa.gov.za
Step 2: Scroll down until you find the ‘Application for Reconsideration’ bar.
Step 3: Click on where it says ‘click here to apply for reconsideration’.
Step 4: You will be asked to provide your ID number and Mobile number.
Step 5: Follow the prompts to complete the reconsideration of your payment.
How to Submit Appeal via Telephone/ Sassa SRD Telephone Application
Step 1: Call Sassa on 0800 60 10 11
Step 2: Select option 3
Step 3: Speak to the Sassa consultant to lodge your reconsideration request.

I applied in August 2021. And it came out declined and reason was uif qualified. And I appealed and it said appeal failed. I have been applying since last year August and declines saying I am a uif qualified. Whereas I’m not getting any uif. And in november and said uif been rectified results pending. But everytime I check status it says declined uif qualified. Till today I’ve been trying to apply. And the number they say we must call does not go trhu. And now it’s been 7 months trying to apply and I’m not working not gettinģ the uif they say I’m getting. Who can assist me to get my relief grant?

Hi my name is Zaida Thomas,I applied for the R350 in August last year but it was declined/canceled due to alternative income.I dnt understand why,because I dnt hve any income,I receive 1childs grant only,so please can you let me know what’s happening.
Why is SASSA taking so long to respond with my R350 payment. I applied from August 2021 and every month after that and it’s still pending each reconsideration month and it’s almost the end of the 8months where as the new payments will start soon and I never received a cent. They say I’m UIF registered and I’m not. SASSA can keep their 8months of R350 an give it to the employees of them who stole Millions and they can add my R2800 I’m supposed to get with that.
I’ve been trying since last year to appeal my application. The option on the call line says it’s not available, and any other option doesn’t seem to be answered.
I’ve also tried vua email, the response has a link that takes you to the initial application process.
I’ve been appealing for November and every month since.
I have no clue what else to do.
