Purpose of the Job
Meat Markets Home Office is looking for an Accounts Clerk in their Accounts department to perform various administrative duties relating to the ledger accounts in specific South African regions. Job Objectives: Capturing of stock issues onto financial system Capturing of purchases onto internal system as well as financial system Dealing with duplication reports, unbalanced work and unprocessed paperwork Manage cold storage average weights, follow up and correct where necessary Ensure correct information is reflecting on Cold Store GRV’s Liaising with cold store staff Clear Debtors on financial system Liaise with creditors monthly and follow up on outstanding invoices and supplier payments Compile monthly pricing report Weekly reporting Follow up with queries Adhoc Duties

Qualifications Essential
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Cost Management would be advantageous
Experience Essential Receiving administration experience Creditors experience
Knowledge and Skills Desirable •SAP knowledge would be advantageous.
