Why You Can’t Access myNSFAS Portal [NSFAS explained]

Many NSFAS applicants were frustrated when they can’t access the myNSFAS portal either to track their application status or to submit the supporting documents for their 2022 NSFAS funding.

Users on Careerpage.co.za complained that they can’t access their NSFAS accounts. “I cannot check my status progress and I haven’t received any SMS”.

What we noted

What we noted as Careerpage.co.za is that the website took too long to load. But if you wait for it to load, it opens the page.

NSFAS responded to these frustrations by saying: “Please note that this is a result of many users trying to access the myNSFAS portal at once, which has caused too much traffic.” They further advised applicants to “Kindly try again later.”
