About the OUTsurance Learnership Programme
This learnership is a structured, work-based programme designed to provide unemployed youth with practical workplace experience. Successful applicants will enter into a 12-month fixed-term learnership agreement (not a permanent employment contract) and will receive a monthly stipend.
The programme is ideal for candidates who have an interest in call centre operations and want to gain hands-on experience to pursue a long-term career in the insurance and financial services sector.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- Valid Matric certificate
- Completed degree is advantageous but not required
- Computer literacy, including MS Office
- No prior work experience required
INSETA Learnership Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this INSETA-accredited learnership, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Not have participated in a learnership before
- Have been unemployed for the past six months
