1. Every time I go to reapply it says failed , now what do I do , I have not got my April payout and I am finding it very difficult.
   Please assist

Hi good day my fiance applied for the grant last year already but he never received any payments yet because his phone got stolen and the person who stole it canceled his application ..so now we’ve re applied but it only shows april month pending.. is he getting all his other money for the times he didn’t get paid or what’s going to happen now many thanks

7. Money required for food as well as for chronic meds

8. Active – means your application is active.
   You do not have to re-apply.
   Pending – means your are being checked if you still qualify for the next grant payment.
   Approved – means your payment is ready. Expect an SMS for collection at Post Office or other Legalised shops, or your bank notification from SASSA into your account.

   After collection, your status returns to Active, then Pending and so on. Make sure you do not loose the cell number you used to apply.

9. 350 grant really helps me in order to provide for my kids to eat pay for school fees and play transport hence I stock and sell in order for me to get more money since csg money is not enough so please don’t take ama350 and they help us alot.mina when I get 350 I stock archaar and sell and my customers pay me via transfer and I take my commission and stock bags and when my commission comes I pay for my kids fees and lay bye clothes once in a while ,am self employed and the money I get from 350 always does something for my kids so please I am begging sassa not to take it back,in am not working hence selling is my source of income to provide for my boys,hence I need increase for sassa it’s too little please help us as I am struggling with finance and trying to make a living

10. Sassa block my ID saying it is being used for disability grand in lipoprotein and I have open a case off fraud for it and it is now 4 years I do not get any reply from sassa about it. So now I can not apply for the R350 and they still misuse my ID number. What must be done.

Now questions and answers given are compulsory even if non of them applies to you, now one has to choose whatever just to comply this not right, and if your parents are nomore and you have issues with the person keeping their documents, you can’t get them (documents),you automatically don’t qualify as you can’t provide them?

    1. I have been unemployed for almost 2 years now. I applied for the relief grant because I am a single parent with a minor(dad deceased)
       But my application was denied saying that I am uif registered. I am not receiving money from the uif, however I suppose to feed my kid.
       I applied for the food parcel but was just ignored, did not even fet a response.
       Yeah this is the new South Africa that only cares for who they see fit

       Is it true that child grant beneficiaries will no longer receive the SRD grant???…If yes why???

       .Don’t you think they also need that money to add some of the things in their household too???You need to remember that child Grant beneficiaries only use the child grant for their children necessities only.No I think you need to reconsider your decision and consider their needs too.

    What does it mean if you reinstated the Covid SRD R350 and your account says Active but when you go look online for payment date it says Pending?

Yaah this is painful, cos lot of people need this R350 atleast they can survive, but still now nothing, cos you guys ontop you eat nice ,you don’t mind with the poor people, this is nonsense, the president said we will get R350 every month, but look now April is gone without R350,I don’t understand cos R350 is little,,on top you can’t give to people again, what’s wrong with you guys, please pay our R350 and you guys eat your big salary

Hi there, I have been a SRD grant beneficiary since August 2021 and have received my payments every month , which I am very grateful for, I noticed I had to reapply, which I did and I got a sms confirming that it was successful and that my banking details were successfuly updated, yet when I go online to check my status it just says ” application complete , pending” ? What does that mean.

22. Why the previous method of application for SMS is failing people, what have you changed, because even this WhatsApp method does not exist you find Ur self taking to a machine

25. One of most frustrating things about the process is that my application in this previous round was pending since September, October, November and December. I even lost access to my number that was registered in the system and I sent several emails requesting it to be changed to my current contact number and that didn’t happen. I sent emails requesting TaskFlow staff to contact me and all I received was automated responses. Sometimes ii got a sense that they were not even reading emails.

Seems just like the state money only apply to black if you dont steal it it gets given to you by your brothers. When i went online to check des, jan, feb and march 350 gone now re apply. Re apply knowing its only for blacks
