From your base in Joburg, you’ll be at the heart of our operation; the link between our drivers, depots, and customers – making sure parcels move, problems disappear, and smiles get delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and online queries with professionalism and a personal touch.
- Resolve delivery issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring customers always feel heard and valued.
- Track, trace, and troubleshoot parcel queries with accuracy and empathy.
- Provide clear, friendly communication between customers, drivers, and depots.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with your fellow agents, depot teams, and managers to keep operations flowing.
- Share insights and feedback to help improve processes and customer experience.
- Bring your best energy every day.
Desired Experience & Qualification
What You Bring to the Table:
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of customer service or call centre experience (courier or logistics industry preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Tech-savvy with good computer literacy (MS Office, email, systems navigation).
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
